The red, orange and yellow parts of this piece were stripped from another painting. I used the process of paint peeling to support this idea of being ripped open and displaced.

This depicts a very difficult week in my life. Each colour is linked to an emotion and feeling during that time period. The swipe was done with one stroke straight across, depicting the way time passing and emotions get mixed, situations ebb and interact.
