- Control -
You may control less than you "think".
- Perfect Statues -
"Perfect statues of imperfections; these are dreams." - Charlex, Shape Shifter.

"What I have written, I have written." - P.P.
- Water Lilies -
Patches of beauty in a murky swamp.
- Lost -
You can become lost within this forest by losing your direction, or by losing yourself in wonder.
- Unseen -
Unseen is about the concealment of “self”. It contains the remnants of another painting that depicts a very personal week in my life.
- Tree -
Tree is a light hearted piece about the conservation of nature by not wasting resources. The majority of it was painted with the paint left over from a self portrait.
- Incandescent Stars -
“Concrete is the sky that holds up the incandescent stars.” –David Van Drunen
- Split Open -
The red, orange and yellow parts of this piece were stripped from another painting. I used the process of paint peeling to support this idea of being ripped open and displaced.
- One Week -
This depicts a very difficult week in my life. Each colour is linked to an emotion and feeling during that time period. The swipe was done with one stroke straight across, depicting the way time passing and emotions get mixed, situations ebb and interact.
